Refund policy

Subscriptions: Your subscription to Birds of a Feather Tiny Post is recurring and billed automatically according to your chosen plan. 

• Refunds: Refunds for already-shipped subscription items are not available, as each package is custom-prepared for you. If you did not receive your mailing shipment, please contact us at allison@birdsofafeather.com so we can investigate or send a replacement.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us directly or using the self-service portal. Please do not use your bank or credit card to cancel the subscription, as this may delay resolution and prevent us from helping you directly.
