Shipping policy

Mail Club Subscriptions:

All envelopes are mailed via USPS first-class stamped mail. Packages do NOT include tracking numbers.

• Delivery Timing: Each subscription package is mailed around the 15th of the month. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery depending on your location. 

• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your envelope does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at allison@birdsofafeather.com. I will be glad to work with you to replace missing items whenever possible.

• Acknowledgment: By subscribing, you acknowledge that packages are sent via first-class mail without tracking, and delivery times may vary.
